145,000 sq ft of Industrial Warehouses

Financial Loop is building out 145,000 sq ft of warehouse space in which 57,400 sq ft of it is planned for a high power data center and the remaining 87,600 is planned for cold storage facility or general storage. Phase 1 will consist of the data enter which will be finished by Q4 2024. Phase 2 (87,600 sq ft) is set for completion in Q2 2025.
